Be a superhero for kids with cancer!
Join the Parkway Run & Walk, presented by Citadel Credit Union, on Sunday, Sept.29, for a 5K run and a 2K family fun walk. There is also a virtual option for those who cannot attend in person because of distance or health concerns. Every team, whether participating in honor or in memory of a child, can take part in a way that matches their comfort and interest level. Get all the details below.

Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024
7 a.m. – Event-day registration opens
8 a.m. – Opening ceremony begins
8: 30 a.m. – 5K run starts directly followed by the 2K walk

Prices Through Sept. 15
Adult 5K Run: $30
Adult 2K Family Fun Walk: $25
Kids (ages 3 – 12) 5K Run: $14

*Online registration will close on Sunday, Sept. 22, at noon.
Virtual participants must be registered by Monday, Sept. 16, at 11:59 p.m. to receive virtual swag prior to event day.

Teams can be any size. The more team members you recruit, the more money you can raise to help conquer childhood cancer! People who cannot attend the in-person event on the Parkway can still join your team as virtual participants!

Note: All registered participants receive a Parkway Run & Walk T-shirt, and runners are provided a runner’s bib.

Step 3: Run or Walk Together
On Sunday, Sept. 29, we’ll gather at Eakins Oval for an inspirational morning you’ll never forget celebrating and honoring our amazing patients and families! Show us your team spirit and team T-shirts, boas or capes or wave a team poster!

Team captains are the driving force of the Parkway Run & Walk! When you become a team captain, you become the inspiration for your team.
